Sign up of new Neurochat user

After entering http://srv.neurochat.ru click 1 "Sign in"

Fill all the fields 2 in the Sign in form of new user.

Attention! User name must be filled as “name_surname”, in English lowercase letters (for example, john_smith). Fields “Name” and “Surname” must be filled in English with a capital letter (Name – John, Surname – Smith). After filling all the fields, click 3 "Sign in".
