The communication system dubbed 'NeuroChat', created by a Skolkovo resident company, is meant for people with speech and movement limitations and it would allow them to communicate 'by force of thought'. The system will go on sale in Russia at the end of the year, Alesya Chichinkina, the representative of the company, informed.
